UserTesting, the human-insight platform headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, helps product, marketing, digital and CX teams validate decisions and build customer-first experiences. The challenge for our campaign work was to translate those abstract capabilities—real human feedback, audience connection, authentic insights—into bold, high-visibility creative that would resonate in both print and out-of-home environments.
As a senior designer at Liquid Agency I worked on the UserTesting account, collaborating with creative directors, strategists and copy-writers to expand core ideas into full campaign execution. My role included designing print ads (including a placement in Fast Company), web banners, billboards and other out-of-home media. Each piece took the strategic messaging of audience connection and turned it into visually compelling, production-ready assets that elevated the brand’s presence and clarity.
