Acoustic, a customer engagement platform headquartered in Atlanta, helps brands build meaningful, data-driven relationships with their audiences through personalized communication. The company sought a bold, creative campaign that could visually express the power of its technology — guiding customers from the first click to lifelong loyalty — while standing out across both digital and real-world environments.
As a senior designer at Liquid Agency, I worked on Acoustic’s brand and advertising initiatives, developing a series of print and out-of-home campaigns that blended strategic messaging with strong visual storytelling. Collaborating closely with creative directors and copywriters, I transformed complex marketing language into clear, impactful visuals that communicated connection, timing, and intelligence.
The resulting work — from large-scale billboards and outdoor displays to prominent placements (including Ad Age and The New York Times) — elevated Acoustic’s brand presence and showcased its ability to deliver customer engagement that feels both personal and precise.
